OUR MISSION IN FRENCH SPEAKING COUNTRIES IN AFRICA
The Vineyard Infant Breastfeeding Decision (VIBFED)is committed to changing the French countries in Africa and protect children rights to Health. The VineyardInfantBreastfeedingDecision (VIBFED) is a member with WABA and IBFAN which have decided to adopt the World Breast Trends Initiative (WBTI) as a tool to monitor the progress of the implementation of the Global strategy for IYCF in different countries. The vineyard Infant breastfeeding Decision is committed to advance this program in the neighbouring communities..
OUR PROIRITIES
In order to contribute to the achievement of the millennium development Goals, the vineyard infant breastfeeding is engaging as a partner with WABA and IBFAN in the area of :
- Infant and young child nutrition
- Maternal Health
- Educate the communities about the advantage of Breastfeeding
- Orientation workshop
- Facilitate infant nutritional oversight
- Implementation of the international code
- Encourage the Initiative of breastfeeding ‘Exclusive breastfeeding for first 6 months’
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Information support
- New initiative to improve child survival and women’s wellbeing and integrate the vision in their program.
The vineyard of Cameroun just attended a training workshop of world breastfeeding Trends initiative ‘WBTI’ and IBFAN under a supervision of Mrs Pauline Kisanga Director, UniNutri.
