To extend the Kingdom of God in Cameroon and assist our neighbouring countries
- To train 120 leaders (Today we have between 20-30 leaders. 21 committed students in VBI)
- To plant 20 churches in Cameroon by 2010 (today we have 4 churches and 4 church plants)
- To help plant 20 churches in Nigeria, Togo, Ghana, Gabon, Central Africa Republic, Chad, Equator Guinea and Benin (At this point there are Vineyards in Nigeria, Togo and Ghana)
- To have every Vineyard acquire their own building (Kribi just purchased land and is building a structure)
- To see that every Vineyard is equipped with a suitable sound system and set of musical instruments
- To have offices for pastors and support staff and have the necessary equipment to conduct their business
- To a national office that can coordinate and oversee the church planting process.
